VeUP
VeUP Marketplace & Co-Sell Practice

Ninety-eight listings. Seven cities. One tour.

VeUP takes ISVs from no listing to transacting: seller registration, a SaaS Contract listing published live in-session, co-sell operations wired in AWS Partner Central, private offers to carry the deals. Run at tour pace across Europe and MENA, that practice put a new ISV listing on AWS Marketplace roughly every four days for a year.

The exhibit

AWS wrote this one.

Partners write their own case studies — that is the ordinary kind of evidence. The strongest evidence a partner can hold is the report AWS writes itself. In November 2024, inside AWS's own Dubai office, eleven attendees from six ISVs walked into a two-day bootcamp without Marketplace listings. AWS's own trip report records what happened next.

Why it leads this page

The bootcamp ran in AWS's own office, and AWS's own team documented the outcome — the venue, the format, the listings live on the day, the satisfaction scores. A partner cannot write itself a better reference than the one AWS writes about it. Every claim in this section restates that report; nothing here is VeUP's own retelling.

Attribution discipline

The exhibit shows the report's own header and recorded findings, attributed by role. AWS employee names stay off VeUP's public surfaces.

The program record

A listing engine, on tour.

VeUP and AWS teams took the Marketplace & Co-sell Bootcamps across seven cities in Europe and MENA, several hosted twice. Ninety-eight ISV SaaS listings went live, and every one is recorded in a master delivery log with its ACE opportunity ID and live Marketplace URL — the program is auditable listing by listing.

The mechanics

Unlisted in, transacting out — four stages, one direction.

The scope is deliberate: listing, go-to-market, co-sell, and subscription pricing. An ISV moves through the pipeline in order, and the middle of it happens live in the room.

01

Readiness

Seller registration, listing prerequisites, and the pricing and contract decisions settled before anyone is in the room — so the session is spent publishing, not preparing.

02
Live in the room

Listing, live in-session

A SaaS Contract listing with subscription pricing, built and published live in the room. The ISV leaves with a listing that exists — not a plan for one.

03

Day-2 co-sell operations

AWS Partner Central, ACE Pipeline Manager, and APN Customer Engagements — the listing wired into how the ISV actually sells with AWS.

04

Private-offer execution

Negotiated deals transacted through the Marketplace as private offers, so the listing carries real revenue rather than sitting as a storefront.

The practice today

The tour built the record. VeUP Sell runs it now.

VeUP Sell is Partner Development Manager as a Service — the listing-to-co-sell arc the tour proved, delivered engagement by engagement for one ISV at a time. A three-session foundation phase (discovery, success plan, kick-off) opens every engagement; eight modules across two phases carry it from there.
